ARM Holdings PLC17 September 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings PLC 17 September 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 17 September 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments. 30,000 ordinary shares at 28.00 pence per share 48,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 60,000 ordinary shares at 94.75 pence per share 163,534 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 10,000 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share 101,247 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 31,799,148ordinary shares as treasury shares.
