Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 26 February 2007 the following ordinary shares (149,418) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option Scheme:

74,000 ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

14,000 ordinary shares at ‚£8.819 per share

6,250 ordinary shares at ‚£5.538 per share

45,000 ordinary shares at ‚£7.22 per share

1,413 ordinary shares at ‚£12.12 per share

8,755 ordinary shares at ‚£9 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 3,026,810 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 717,437,562.
