ARM Holdings PLC19 February 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 19th February 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 10,000 ordinary shares at 27.00 pence per share 5,000 ordinary shares at 42.50 pence per share 86,500 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 1,990 ordinary shares at 77.00 pence per share 15,009 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 15,000 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 3,656 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 47,118,518ordinary shares as treasury shares.
