Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 15 November 2007 the following ordinary shares [ 24,231 ] have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

2,114 Ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share

12,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

8,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£12.760 per share

2005 USA Savings Related Share Option Plan:

1,695 Ordinary shares at ‚£13.71 per share

422 Ordinary shares at ‚£16.90 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 10,233,653 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 712,134,859.
