Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 30 November 2009, the following ordinary shares (319,011) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Scheme:

750 Ordinary shares at 5.538 per share

1,550 Ordinary shares at 8.819 per share

13,100 Ordinary shares at 9.504 per share

262,611 Ordinary shares at 11.186 per share

16,000 Ordinary shares at 12.76 per share

8,000 Ordinary shares at 15.47 per share

17,000 Ordinary shares at 18.10 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 5,946,656 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 716,421,856.
