ARM Holdings PLC06 June 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings PLC 6 June 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 6 June 2007, the followingordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes ofemployees' share scheme allotments. 3,290 ordinary shares at 51.00 pence per share 4,496 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 11,250 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 38,250 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 69,763,192ordinary shares as treasury shares.
