ARM Holdings PLC20 November 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 20th November 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 1,400 ordinary shares at 37.00 pence per share 10,000 ordinary shares at 38.00 pence per share 2,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 6,500 ordinary shares at 51.00 pence per share 500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share13,000 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 36,965,264ordinary shares as treasury shares.
