Transfer of Treasury Shares

Huntsworth plc (the 'Company') announces that on 22 September 2009 it transferred to a participant in the Company's 1996 Executive Share Option Scheme 10,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 58.125 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds 3,392,067 ordinary shares in treasury and has a total of 209,968,837 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
