ARM Holdings PLC30 October 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 30 October 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments: 12,887 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 43,668 ordinary shares at 94.00 pence per share 1,624 ordinary shares at 100.50 pence per share 3,750 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 1,500 ordinary shares at 118.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 32,171,351ordinary shares as treasury shares.
