ARM Holdings PLC22 November 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 22nd November 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 35,403 ordinary shares at 24.00 pence per share 20,000 ordinary shares at 27.00 pence per share 12,000 ordinary shares at 28.00 pence per share 1,274 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 32,706 ordinary shares at 50.00 pence per share10,676 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 37,953,205ordinary shares as treasury shares.
