Transfer of Treasury Shares

On 10 December 2010 a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares were transferred out of treasury for nil consideration into the Huntsworth Employee Benefit Trust ("the Huntsworth EBT").

Following the above transfer, the Company holds 2,201,110 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 244,798,498 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The subsequent holding of the Huntsworth EBT is 8,722,817 ordinary shares representing 3.56% of the issued share capital.
