ARM Holdings PLC19 November 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 19 November 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments. 18,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 50,000 ordinary shares at 45.00 pence per share 5,058 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 42,385,324ordinary shares as treasury shares.
