ARM Holdings PLC05 September 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 5th September 2006, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 1,250 ordinary shares at 42.50 pence per share6,968 ordinary shares at 65.00 pence per share1,565 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share23,601 ordinary shares at 107.00 pence per share47,313 ordinary shares at 58.65 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 25,898,929 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
