ARM Holdings PLC13 December 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 13 December 2005, the following ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposesof an employees' share scheme allotment. 30,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 5,618 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 12,227,955 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
