ARM Holdings PLC08 February 2006 ARM Holdings PLC ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 8 February 2006 the following ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 307,461 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 176,340 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share 11,838 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share 9,375 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 10,132,405 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
