Transfer of Treasury Shares

The Company notifies that 34,343,232 shares were transferred from treasury (the "Shares") to Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited as Trustee of the Centrica Share Incentive Plan on 29 March 2023 at a nil cost consideration and such transfer settled on 31 March 2023. This was pursuant to the Group's employee share schemes for all employees.

Following this, and as already announced on 3 April 2023, the Company's issued share capital at close on 31 March 2023 consisted of 5,907,846,138 ordinary shares of 614/81 pence each of which 204,633,439 ordinary shares were held in treasury leaving a balance of 5,703,212,699 shares with voting rights of one vote per share.
