Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 8 May 2008 the following ordinary shares 64,000 have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

4,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

2,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£12.760 per share

58,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£15.47 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 9,293,705 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 713,074,807.
