Huntsworth PLC ("Huntsworth" or the "Company")
Transfer of Treasury Shares
On 15 July 2009 a total of 952,707 ordinary shares were transferred out of treasury for nil consideration and into the Huntsworth Employee Benefit Trust ("the Huntsworth EBT").
Following the above transfer, the Company holds 542,500 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 212,818,404 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The subsequent holding of the Huntsworth EBT is 9,377,823 ordinary shares representing 4.4% of the issued share capital.
