Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 7 December 2006, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Executive Share Option Scheme:

500,000 ordinary shares at ‚£8.819 per share

250,000 ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share

Following the above transfers of treasury shares, the Company holds 3,508,000 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 715,997,212.
