Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 23 June 2008, the following ordinary shares (38,693) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

32,500 Ordinary shares at ‚£15.470 per share5,443 Ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share750 Ordinary shares at ‚£5.538 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 12,557,401 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 709,811,111.
