Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 8 May 2007 the following ordinary shares (68,044) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option Scheme:

34,825 ordinary shares at ‚£12.76 per share

4,219 ordinary shares at ‚£7.14 per share

29,000 ordinary shares at ‚£7.04 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 3,856,512 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 718,485,653.
