Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 22 March 2007 the following ordinary shares (7,850) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option Scheme:

750 ordinary shares at ‚£5.538 per share;

1400 ordinary shares at ‚£8.819 per share;

2500 ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share; and

3,200 ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share.

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 3,927,250 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 716,391,683.
