ARM Holdings PLC07 March 2006 ARM Holdings PLC ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 7 March 2006 thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 21,960 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share 4,750 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 30,000 ordinary shares at 19.00 pence per share 58,910 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 78,587 ordinary shares at 41.00 pence per share 16,857 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 33,711 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 2,291,081 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
