ARM Holdings PLC12 September 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings PLC 12 September 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 12 September 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments. 93,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 3,372 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 5,620 ordinary shares at 56.00 pence per share 20,000 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 11,250 ordinary shares at 113.50 pence per share 40,325 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 30,826,265ordinary shares as treasury shares.
