ARM Holdings PLC06 November 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 6th November 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 10,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 81,424 ordinary shares at 71.00 pence per share 2,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 31,692,972ordinary shares as treasury shares.
