TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES

The Company announces that on 7 April 2026 the following ordinary 10 pence shares ("Shares") were transferred from treasury pursuant to an employees' share scheme:

§ 931,857 Shares at nil consideration

Following the above transfer of treasury Shares, the Company's issued capital consisted of 541,517,203 Shares of which 1,547,834 Shares were held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of Shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date was 539,969,369 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
