ARM Holdings PLC30 November 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 30 November 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments: 2,881 ordinary shares at 90.95 pence per share 12,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 8,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 7,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share6,294 ordinary shares at 81.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 51,664,402ordinary shares as treasury shares.
