ARM Holdings PLC19 June 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 19 June 2006 thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stockfor the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 30,326 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 100,000 ordinary shares at 22.00 pence per share 3,875 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 16,310,621ordinary shares as treasury shares.
