ARM Holdings PLC19 September 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 19th September 2006, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 1,041 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 22,478 ordinary shares at 43.00 pence per share 8,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 20,456 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 9,000 ordinary shares at 94.00 pence per share 10,000 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 30,357,658 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
