ARM Holdings PLC31 July 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 31 July 2007, the followingordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes ofemployees' share scheme allotments. 73,750 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 19,137 ordinary shares at 69.00 pence per share 15,159 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 6,362 ordinary shares at 85.00 pence per share 12,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 10,968 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 72,639,223ordinary shares as treasury shares.
