ARM Holdings PLC11 December 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 11th December 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 22,807 ordinary shares at 22.00 pence per share 3,250 ordinary shares at 42.50 pence per share 54,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 45,464,877 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
