Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 14 February 2008 the following ordinary shares [2,236] have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

2005 USA Savings Related Share Option Plan:

1,943 Ordinary shares at ‚£13.71 per share

293 Ordinary shares at ‚£16.90 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 10,383,384 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 711,985,128.
