ARM Holdings PLC21 February 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 21st February 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 7,000 ordinary shares at 37.00 pence per share 13,486 ordinary shares at 39.00 pence per share 486,924 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 1,821 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 8,000 ordinary shares at 51.00 pence per share 10,000 ordinary shares at 71.00 pence per share 132,700 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 47,268,026ordinary shares as treasury shares.
