ARM Holdings PLC10 December 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 10 December 2007, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments: 110,000 ordinary shares at 22.00 pence per share 16,649 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 11,488 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 1,250 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share 25,000 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 58,337,195 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
