ARM Holdings PLC03 May 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings PLC 3 May 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 3rd May 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 57,716 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 11,000 ordinary shares at 66.00 pence per share 12,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 250 ordinary shares at 118.50 pence per share 20,000 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share 27,561 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 63,502,963ordinary shares as treasury shares.
