Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 3 September 2008, the following ordinary shares (10,405) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

61 Ordinary shares of ‚£15.47 per share

Restricted Share Scheme:4,100 Ordinary sharesGlobal Stock Profit Plan:

6,202 Ordinary shares at ‚£13.71 per share

UK Share Save Scheme:

42 Ordinary shares at ‚£16.90 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 12,148,418 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 710,220,094.
