ARM Holdings PLC26 November 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 26 November 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments. 152,991 ordinary shares at 45.00 pence per share8,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share2,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 47,839,914ordinary shares as treasury shares.
