ARM Holdings PLC25 August 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 25th August 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 41,557 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 5,218 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 31,008 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 20,230 ordinary shares at 48.00 pence per share 65,795 ordinary shares at 58.65 pence per share 25,285 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 12,356 ordinary shares at 94.35 pence per share 8,750 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 23,366,936ordinary shares as treasury shares.
