ARM Holdings PLC10 September 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings PLC 10 September 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 10 September 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments. 25,000 ordinary shares at 22.00 pence per share 18,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 21,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 20,000 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share 21,093 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 30,282,187ordinary shares as treasury shares.
