ARM Holdings PLC13 September 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 13th September 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 7,480 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 16,599 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 1,124 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 46,050 ordinary shares at 58.65 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 29,210,316ordinary shares as treasury shares.
