ARM Holdings PLC22 November 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 22 November 2005 thefollowing amounts of treasury shares were transferred from treasury stock forthe purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 22,500 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 43,168 ordinary shares at 48 pence per share 6,743 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 9,937,922ordinary shares as treasury shares.
