Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 21 September 2007 the following ordinary shares (111,981) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option Scheme:

6,250 ordinary shares at ‚£5.10 per share

6,250 ordinary shares at ‚£7.48 per share

13,481 ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

86,000 ordinary shares at ‚£12.760 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 8,878,947 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 713,486,270.
