ARM Holdings PLC02 February 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 2 February 2006, the following ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 861,996 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 13,750 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 40,000 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 11,796,388 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
