ARM Holdings PLC17 December 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 17 December 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments: 211,754 ordinary shares at 22.00 pence per share 15,950 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 105,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 43,986 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 36,525 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 25000 ordinary shares at 81.00 pence per share 3750 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 65,201,176ordinary shares as treasury shares.
