ARM Holdings PLC06 February 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 6 February 2006, the following ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 94,200 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 7,500 ordinary shares at 57.25 pence per share 1,250 ordinary shares at 42.50 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 11,312,821 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
