ARM Holdings PLC15 September 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 15th September 2006, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 17,328 ordinary shares at 19.00 pence per share 10,962 ordinary shares at 38.00 pence per share 25,064 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 17,980 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 63,084 ordinary shares at 58.65 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 30,050,127 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
