ARM Holdings PLC13 September 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings PLC 13 September 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 13 September 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments. 2,500 ordinary shares at 42.50 pence per share 89,753 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 8,000 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 24,250 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 33,754 ordinary shares at 118.50 pence per share 29,247 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 31,138,761ordinary shares as treasury shares.
