Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 20 November 2007 the following ordinary shares [ 16,594 ] have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

2,594 Ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share

12,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

2,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£12.760 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 10,460,059 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 711,908,453.
