Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 14 May 2007 the following ordinary shares (12,926) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option Scheme:

1,500 ordinary shares at ‚£5.538 per share

2,022 ordinary shares at ‚£7.140 per share

2,500 ordinary shares at ‚£8.819 per share

3,004 ordinary shares at ‚£9.000 per share

3,900 ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 4,506,586 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 717,940,773.
