Harvey Nash Group PLC30 April 2007 Harvey Nash Group PLC Transfer of Shares The Harvey Nash Group plc announces that 170,940 ordinary shares in the Companyare to be transferred to employees of the Harvey Nash Group by the Harvey NashEBT Ltd pursuant to the Company's Share Bonus Plan. Following this transaction, the Harvey Nash EBT Ltd holds 231,850 shares inrelation to the Company's Share Bonus and Share Option Schemes.
